
For many products, samples are available for evaluation prior to purchase. Material will be held on reserve for a maximum of three weeks from date of sample receipt unless otherwise specified.
All prices and products are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts outstanding in excess of 30 days will be assessed a late payment charge of 2 % per month. Payment is in USD.
Shipping point unless otherwise agreed to.
Shipment will be sent via best method unless otherwise requested. Title passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipments are insured at purchaser’s expense. Packing and dry ice/cold pack charges are extra and are added to each invoice. If partial shipments are not acceptable, this should be specified at time of order.
Minimum Invoice is $ 250.00 for orders, excluding freight or handling charges.
Price reductions are available for bulk quantities for most products.
All projects are held in strict confidence. Pioneer Life Sciences will enter into confidentially agreements upon request.
Each order must be accompanied by either an irrevocable letter of credit in our favor with a bank of Pioneer Life Sciences choice, or a check in USD drawn on a USD payment in advance of shipment, unless otherwise agreed to by Pioneer Life Sciences. Wire transfers are also acceptable. The following points should be included in the letter of credit.
Order cancellations must be made at least five workdays prior to the schedule shipping date. Orders for custom products cannot be cancelled after the purchase order is received.
Prior to returning goods, purchasers must contact the company and request a return Authorization Number, clearly stating the reason for return. Requests for replacement or credit must be received within 10 days after shipment. Pioneer Life Sciences is not liable for products that become unusable due to improper storage, improper treatment, or expiration. When applicable, returns are subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge. Therapeutic Products will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number and letter stating adherence to Prescription Drug Marketing Ac Storage Compliance.
Items that are non-returnable include frozen items, custom orders, products that have been altered in any manner from items original state or no in the original container, and therapeutic items for use by diagnostic customers.
Shortages should be reported to Pioneer Life sciences within 2 workdays after receipt of order; otherwise, the other will be considered complete. In the event of a shortage, please retain all shipping documents and packaging materials pending investigation.
Immediately upon receipt, products should be inspected for damage or signs of tampering. Claims for loss or damage of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and should be reported to the carrier within 3 days.
In the event of a complaint regarding product quality, Pioneer Life Sciences reserves the right to re-assay a sample of the product prior to authorizing the return of remaining product. Return authorization may be denied if product complaint is the result of inappropriate use or storage.
Seller warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the products listed in the catalog are of the composition and purity described therein. This warranty is expressly limited to replacement or credit for unused product. The entire risk as to the performance of a product is assumed by the Buyer.
Unless otherwise indicated, the products listed herein are for in vitro or manufacturing use only. They are not be used for drug purposes or administered to humans. All information presented is believed to be accurate. As no current test methods assure that human blood products are noninfectious, all human serum should be treated as if capable of transmitting infectious diseases.
